It will begin with my 20 page essay (now lost but I know its theme really well) title of the essay is 'Personnel the beginning of any success or disaster' it got a lot of corporate attention in 1993 or so when I posted it to Contract Employment Weeklys trade magazine.
I would be delighted if you gave me permission to use some of your cartoons...with credit of course.
